Caldwell University now has access to Mango Languages!

Apps for Language Learning

The following language learning apps are available on both iOS and Android, and are installed on the library's 2-hour and 2-week iPads. You can download them on your own smartphone or tablet through the iTunes or Google Play stores. Note: For Mango Languages, you will need to set up an account through the Jennings Library's customized link.

Duolingo (iTunes)
Duolingo is a free language learning app for iOS and Android. Many languages are available for English-speaking learners, including French, Spanish, Italian, German, and more. You can also learn English as a native Spanish or French speaker.
Mango Languages (iTunes)
Access over 60 foreign-language courses and 17 English courses taught in the native language of the user. Each Mango lesson incorporates the four key conversational components crucial for successful communication: vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and culture.

Off Campus Access

You don't have to be in the Library to access articles and databases.

The Library's resources can be accessed anytime, anywhere with your NetID and password.

Can't find what you're looking for?

If the Library doesn't have an article you need, we can get it through interlibrary loan or VALE Reciprocal Borrowing.

Interlibrary Loan
Submit requests for materials not held at Jennings Library.
Vale Reciprocal Borrowing
To borrow directly from other academic libraries one must first visit the circulation desk to obtain a form to take with you to the participating library.
